"DO IT WITH YOU" -- Homeowner works with Dan, allowing a wider range of improvements at a discounted rate. "DO IT FOR YOU" -- Dan works independently on the project, at his own, reasonable pace. "GET IT DONE" -- for larger projects or ones requiring a fast completion date, therefore requiring additional workers.

HOME WATCH PROGRAM
Do you have a vacation home that you can't check on whenever you want? Do you own an investment property(ies) you wish you could monitor and maintain? Or are you just going out of town and want to make sure your house is protected and cared for? Then my HOME WATCH PROGRAM is perfect for you.
I have a wide range of program packages, whether you want your home checked daily, once a week, once a month or once a year! Prices range from $35 to $1,100 a season, which runs from October through April, unless otherwise agreed upon. I also have weekly and monthly rates for short term monitoring.
HOME MONITORING - daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and includes: Inspect appliances, systems and HVAC to make sure they are in working order; check oil/propane/fuel levels and make sure they are at safe levels; inspect roof for any damage; check and change system filters; check and change, if necessary, all smoke & carbon monoxide detectors; water any interior plants; and collect any mail.
EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE - sweep and keep walkways, decks and patios clear of debris
SUMMER & WINTERIZING - turn water on and off, and winterize any exterior faucets and plumbing.
